We prepare estate plans for individuals and families which usually include wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for property and healthcare. In the course of our representation, we frequently touch upon sensitive issues such as identifying the individuals best suited to serve in the roles of executor, trustee, guardian or agent. We also address halachic issues where appropriate.
